LIMBA ABWT Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1996 as a commercial company with an insurance specialisation. Since 1999, still with the business name “LIMBA”, it has run a complex servicing of the real estate sales, purchases and rentals, mainly in the Warsaw market, but it also carries our transactions all over Poland (we co-operate with numerous offices in Poland, especially in Cracow, Radom, Niepołomice). Our office in Józefów-Michalin, Otwock Line, has been functioning since 2006. This year we have also opened an office in Iwonicz Zdrój, which will service the region of Podkarpacie, Małopolska, and Świętokrzyskie voivodships. At present we concentrate our activities in Warsaw as a whole and mainly in its south-eastern part – along the so-called Otwock Line – these regions are serviced by our office in Józefow-Michalin near Otwock, and in the Białystok Line up to Wyszków and the Legionów region serviced by our branch office in Białołęka,
